The 12 Penny Saloon is Lackawanna County’s favorite bar catering to our region’s diverse community. Well known in the community for its commitment to excellent service, the friendly atmosphere of the 12 Penny Saloon draws clientele of all ages, genders, interests, and orientations.

The 12 Penny Saloon was recognized as the 2006 and 2007 Best Gay & Lesbian Bar by the readers of Electric City Weekly. Committed to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community in Northeastern Pennsylvania, the 12 Penny Saloon is a member of the Rainbow Alliance, an LGBT community development organization.

The 12 Penny Saloon recently was recognized at the annual Rainbow Alliance & GayNEPA.com Dinner as a community leader in furthering diversity in NEPA.
